PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure that our olive oil and its characteristics are accurately represented on our website. As a natural agricultural product, slight variations in aroma, flavour, and colour may occur between harvests.

Each olive oil harvest corresponds to a single batch, meaning that all bottles from the same batch undergo the same quality controls and are expected to have consistent quality. Before bottling, our olive oil is carefully tasted and assessed to ensure it meets our quality standards.

For bottling, we select high-quality materials with a focus on sustainability, durability, and product protection. Every bottle is carefully inspected before leaving our facilities.

If you receive a bottle with a defect or damage, please contact us at hello@lento.pt within 5 days of delivery.

LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

JURISDICTION

All agreements/purchases concluded between the buyer and the seller are subject to Portuguese Law. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese Courts.
