What defines Lento?
Lento is produced in very small quantities from a single place. The oil reflects the land, the seasons and a minimal approach to farming. Nothing is added, nothing removed. The groves have been in our family’s care for more than a century, surrounded by protected landscape.

Where is it made?
Grown, pressed and bottled in Trás-os-Montes, northern Portugal.

How can I order?

Does each harvest taste the same?
Each harvest reflects the conditions of that season. The character of the oil may vary slightly from year to year.
